Provision
His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, pursuant to paragraph 73(2.1)(b) a of the Nunavut Act b, hereby makes the annexed Maximum Amount for Agreements with Governments Order. Maximum Amount

For the purposes of paragraph 73(2.1)(b) of the Nunavut Act, an amount of $15,000,000 is hereby prescribed for agreements with governments.
Coming into Force
s. 2
This Order comes into force on the day on which it is registered.
