    The Superintendent may, by order, direct a person who controls a bank or any entity that is affiliated with a bank to provide the Superintendent with suchany information or documents asthat may be specified in the order whereif the Superintendent believes that the production of the information or documents is necessary in order to be satisfied that the provisions of this Act are being duly observed and that the bank is in a sound financial condition.

    The Superintendent may, by order, direct a person who controls a bank or any entity that is affiliated with a bank to provide the Superintendent with such information or documents as may be specified in the order where the Superintendent believes that the production of the information or documents is necessary in order to be satisfied that the provisions of this Act are being duly observed and that the bank is in a sound financial condition.
