    No entity in which a bank has a substantial investmentperson commits an offence byunder reasonsubsection only(2) or (2.1) if the activity referred to in that itsubsection usesis in relation to a business that is not engaged in financial activities, unless the namebusiness ofis thecarried bankout in its corporate name orby a nameprescribed under which it carries on business or by reason only that it uses any identifying mark, logogram or insignia of that bank in carrying on its business if it does so with the approval of the Minister and subject to terms and conditions that the Minister may impose.entity.

    No entity in which a bank has a substantial investment commits an offence by reason only that it uses the name of the bank in its corporate name or a name under which it carries on business or by reason only that it uses any identifying mark, logogram or insignia of that bank in carrying on its business if it does so with the approval of the Minister and subject to terms and conditions that the Minister may impose.
