Versions of s. 155(1)

If a claimant accepts an offer of compensation from the Administrator, the Administrator shall without delay direct that payment be made to the claimant of the amount of the offer of compensation and an amount equal to the interest that is deemed to have accrued under subsection 154.5(1) in respect of that amount.
