    Wherever under any Act of Parliament, any instrument made under an Act of Parliament or any contract, lease, licence or other document, a power, duty or function is vested in or exercisable by the National Transportation Agency, the power, duty or function is vested in or exercisable by the Canadian Transportation Agency.
