    For the purposes of administration and enforcement, an interim order is deemed to be the regulation that may contain the provision contained in the interim order or in which the requirement or condition varied or suspended by the interim order is set out, and any provisions related to administration and enforcement that apply in respect of that regulation, including provisions related to offences and punishment, apply in respect of the interim order.
