Versions of s. 53.73(5)

The parties shall, within 30 days after the day on which they receive the report under subsection (4), respond in writing to the Minister, addressing any concerns with respect to the public interest and competition raised by the Minister and the Commissioner and informing the Minister, among other things, of any measures they are prepared to undertake to address those concerns. The parties may propose amendments to the arrangement.
