Versions of s. 56.1(1)

Every person who is required to notify the Commissioner under subsection 114(1) of the Competition Act in respect of a transaction that involves an air transportation undertaking shall give notice, containing, subject to the regulations, the information required under that subsection, of the transaction to the Minister and the Agency, when notice is given to the Commissioner and, in any event, no later than when the person is required to notify the Commissioner.
