    The Agency may make a finding under subsection (1) or (2) on its own motion within two years after the date that this subsection comes into force. The Governor in Council may, by order, extend for a maximum of two years the period within which the Agency may make a finding on its own motion.[Note: Subsection 66(6) in force July 5, 2000, see SI/2000-59.
