    The Governor in Council shall designate one of the members appointed under paragraphsubsection (2)(a)(2) to be the Chairperson of the Agency and one of the other members appointed under that paragraphsubsection to be the Vice-Chairperson of the Agency.

    The Governor in Council shall designate one of the members appointed under subsection (2) to be the Chairperson of the Agency and one of the other members appointed under that subsection to be the Vice-Chairperson of the Agency.
