    The Attorney General of Canada shall, within 1030 days after the day on which he or shethey first receivesreceive a notice about information under any of subsections 38.01(1) to (4), notify in writing every person who provided notice under section 38.01 about that information of his or hertheir decision with respect to disclosure of the information.

    The Attorney General of Canada shall, within 30 days after the day on which they first receive a notice about information under any of subsections 38.01(1) to (4), notify in writing every person who provided notice under section 38.01 about that information of their decision with respect to disclosure of the information.
