    Aural, nasal, mastectomy and other medical or surgical prostheses; ileostomy, colostomy and urinary appliances or similar articles designed to be worn by an individual; articles and materials, not including cosmetics, for use by the individual user of the prosthesis, appliance or similar article and necessary for the proper application and maintenance of the foregoing.
