    immediately before the earlier of the time ownership thereof is transferred to the recipient of the supply and the time possession thereof is transferred to the recipient of the supply under the agreement for the supply, the land is subject to a lease, licence or similar arrangement by which a supply that is an exempt supply described by paragraph 7(a) was made; and
