    A supply of property that is a jig, die, mould, tool or fixture, or an interest therein, made to a non-resident person who is not registered under Subdivision d of Division V of Part IX of the Act at the time the supply is made, where the property is to be used directly in the manufacture or production of tangible personal property for the non-resident person.
