Versions of s. 86(7)

For the purposes of this section, responsible representative means a person, other than a trustee in bankruptcy, who is an assignee, liquidator, receiver, receiver-manager, administrator, executor, liquidator of the succession or any other like person administering, winding up, controlling or otherwise dealing with a property, business or estate of another person.
