    in the case of a parent Crown corporation established by or pursuant to an Act of Parliament, any person who holds an office in the corporation that is established by or pursuant to that Act and who, as the holder of that office, is, by a provision in that Act, to be appointed by the Governor in Council and declared to be a director of the corporation.
