    Every person who fails to comply with a condition imposed under any of paragraphs (2)(a) to (d) that applies to them is guilty of an offence punishable on summary conviction and liable, for a first offence, to a fine of not more than $100,000 and, for any subsequent offence, to a fine of not more than $100,000 or to imprisonment for a term of not more than six months, or to both.
