the work, undertaking or activity is a prescribed work, undertaking or activity under paragraph 35.2(10)(a) or belongs to a prescribed class of works, undertakings or activities under that paragraph, as the case may be, and is carried on in an ecologically significant area in accordance with an authorization issued under subsection 35.2(7).
