    The prescribed person or prescribed entity referred to in paragraph (2)(c) may, in addition to the prescribed classes of conditions impose, subject to the regulations, any other conditions that they consider appropriate in the circumstances.

    The Minister may, for the purposes of paragraph (2)(a), make regulations prescribing anything that is authorized to be prescribed.
