for the purpose of subparagraph (a)(ii) of the description of A in subsection (10.6), where one or more of the fiscal years of the ultimate parent entity of a consolidated group is less than 51 weeks, the revenue reflected in the consolidated financial statements of the entity for each of those fiscal years must be determined by multiplying that amount by the ratio that 365 is of the number of days in that year; and
