    Where the Governor in Council excludes any corporation from the operation of this Part, the Governor in Council shall, by order, add the name of that corporation to PartSchedule IIV or II of Schedule IV to the PublicFinancial Service Staff RelationsAdministration Act.

    Where the Governor in Council excludes any corporation from the operation of this Part, the Governor in Council shall, by order, add the name of that corporation to Schedule IV or V to the Financial Administration Act.

    Where the Governor in Council excludes any corporation from the operation of this Part, the Governor in Council shall, by order, add the name of that corporation to Part I or II of Schedule I to the Public Service Staff Relations Act.
