    A patentee of a patent issued by the Patent Office under this Act after the coming into force of this section shall, toTo maintain the rights accorded by thea patent,patent payissued tounder this Act in effect, the Commissionerprescribed suchfees fees, in respect of such periods, as mayshall be prescribed.paid on or before the prescribed dates.

    To maintain the rights accorded by a patent issued under this Act in effect, the prescribed fees shall be paid on or before the prescribed dates.

    A patentee of a patent issued by the Patent Office under this Act after the coming into force of this section shall, to maintain the rights accorded by the patent, pay to the Commissioner such fees, in respect of such periods, as may be prescribed.
