Versions of s. 437(2)

Where the discovery of a wreck pursuant to subsection (1) is made in consequence of information given by any person to the receiver of wrecks, the informer is entitled, by way of salvage, to such sum not exceeding eighty dollars as the receiver allows under instructions from the Minister.
