Versions of s. 515(1)

Any person aggrieved by an order of a naval court ordering the forfeiture of wages, or by a decision of a naval court on a question respecting wages, fines or forfeitures, may appeal to the Admiralty Court, in such manner and subject to such conditions and provisions as may be provided by the rules of that Court, and on an appeal the Court may confirm, quash or vary the order or decision appealed against as it thinks just.
