    In the event of any inconsistency between an order made under subsection (1) or (2) and a decision of the Commission made under this Act or another order made, or any authorization issued, by the Minister under this Act or the Radiocommunication Act, the order made under subsection (1) or (2), as the case may be, prevails to the extent of the inconsistency.
