    Despite subsection (3), if the Nunavut Court of Justice is acting as a youth court, an appeal under subsection (1.1) shall be made to a judge of the Court of Appeal of Nunavut, and an appeal of that judge’s decision shall be made to the Court of Appeal of Nunavut in accordance with section 839 of the Criminal Code.
