In this subsection (which applies for the purposes of section E5 of Part 2 of Schedule 5 to the Scotland Act 1998) “radioactive material” means any material having a specific activity in excess of—and the power to make an order under this subsection shall be exercisable by statutory instrument which shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.
