Be it enacted by the King’s most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Section 120 of the Coroners and Justice Act 2009 (sentencing guidelines) is amended as follows.

— Extent, commencement and short title

This Act extends to England and Wales only.
s. 2(2)
This Act comes into force on the day after the day on which it is passed.

This Act may be cited as the Sentencing Guidelines (Pre-sentence Reports) Act 2025.
