Versions of s. 155.2(1)

If proceedings are commenced against a railway company in respect of any loss, damage, cost or expense described in subsection 153(1) that resulted from a railway accident, the railway company shall as soon as feasible provide the Administrator with a copy of the document commencing the proceedings.
