    AnEvery inspector shall be provided with a prescribed certificate of designation in a form established by the Minister and, on entering any place under subsection 31(1) or a supervised consumption site under subsection 31(1.1) or (1.2),31(1), shall, on request, produce the certificate to the person in charge of the place.
