    Information[Repealed, that2007, isc. collected5, unders. the Sex Offender Information Registration Act or registered in the database and that is relevant to the proceeding may be disclosed to a judge or justice in a proceeding relating to an application for a search warrant in connection with the investigation of a crime that there are reasonable grounds to suspect is of a sexual nature.27]
