    The judgeperson may direct thathaving the undertakingcustody or recognizance referred to in subsection (5) includeof the conditionsappellant describedshall, in subsections 515(4), (4.1) and (4.2) thatif the judgeappellant considerscomplies desirable.with the release order, immediately release the appellant.

    The person having the custody of the appellant shall, if the appellant complies with the release order, immediately release the appellant.

    The judge may direct that the undertaking or recognizance referred to in subsection (5) include the conditions described in subsections 515(4), (4.1) and (4.2) that the judge considers desirable.
