    Notwithstanding[Repealed, any2005, otherc. provision34, ofs. this Act, any information obtained from any person under this Act or the regulations, or prepared from that information, may be made available by the Minister to the Commissioner of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, the Minister of Justice and the Attorney General of Canada for the purposes of investigations, prosecutions and extradition activities in Canada in relation to war crimes and crimes against humanity.64]
