Steamships described in subsection (1), if fitted with a boiler operating at a pressure in excess of 103 kPa, are, in addition to such inspection every fourth year, subject to annual inspection of their boilers, life-saving equipment and systems for precautions against fire, in like manner and as if they were steamships in excess of one hundred and fifty tons gross tonnage.
