    The[Repealed, owner2001, ofc. any26, wrecks. in the possession of the receiver of wrecks, on establishing his claim to the wreck to the satisfaction of the Minister within one year from the time at which it came into the possession of the receiver is, on paying the salvage, fees and expenses due, entitled to have the wreck or the proceeds thereof delivered up to him or his agent.332]

    The owner of any wreck in the possession of the receiver of wrecks, on establishing his claim to the wreck to the satisfaction of the Minister within one year from the time at which it came into the possession of the receiver is, on paying the salvage, fees and expenses due, entitled to have the wreck or the proceeds thereof delivered up to him or his agent.
