    Any court holding a formal investigation under this Part may make such order as it thinks fit respecting the costs of an investigation, the re-hearing thereof or any part of an investigation or re-hearing, and the order shall be enforced by the court as an order for costs under the provisions of the Criminal Code relating to summary convictions.
