Versions of s. 678.1(2)

No response organization to whom a certificate of designation is issued pursuant to subsection 660.4(1), and no employee or agent of such a response organization, is personally liable, either civilly or criminally, in respect of any act or omission done as a response organization, unless it is shown that the response organization’s, employee’s or agent’s conduct was not reasonable in the circumstances.
